Booking Policy

  • Booking can be made 90 days in advance against Full Payment.
  • Valid booking cum money receipt and Original Identity Proof of (PAN Card/Aadhar Card/Voter ID/Passport) all guest name appearing in the receipt have to be shown during the time of check-in.
  • Check in - 12:00 P.M & Check Out - 10 A.M
  • Each room having the specified number of beds is meant strictly for such number of persons. Only two children below the age of 10 years will be allowed free. An additional cot may be provided against charge of Rs.300/- per person per day wherever space is available.
  • Visitors are responsible for loss or damage of any article, caused by them inside the eco-tourism center. For such damage or breakage, the cost of the articles has to be paid by the visitors.
  • Carrying of firearms or any inflammable materials inside the eco-tourism center is strictly prohibited.
  • No pets are allowed inside the eco tourism center.
  • Booking of accommodation is not-transferable. No change of date and place is permitted.
  • In case of power failure, where generator is available, it will run from 6.00 P.M. to 10.00 P.M. in the evening. The facility of Air-Conditioner or Geyser will be withdrawn temporarily in case of power failure.
  • Attendant / Staff of resort will check the articles inside the room before the visitors vacate it.
  • Visitors are requested to ensure that other visitors are not disturbed by indiscipline or nuisance inside the eco-tourism center. If any visitor indulges in such activities inside the eco-tourism center, he/she may be forced to leave the place.
  • In case of loss of Permit and Money Receipt, duplicate may be issued on payment of Service Charges of Rs 100.00. Visitors can also reprint Permit and Money Receipt from "My Booking" option in the booking site of WBFDCL.
  • WBFDCL does not provide catering facilities. However, food with fixed menu items will be made available on prior intimation to the canteen run by the local Joint Forest Management Committee Members (JFMC).
  • No visitor will be allowed to cook food inside the eco-tourism center & also outside food is strictly prohibited inside the premises.
  • Picnic within the premises is prohibited.
  • The reservation of accommodation may be cancelled in certain unavoidable circumstances. If accommodation is not provided due to unavoidable circumstances, compensation limited to the book value of permit including taxes will be admissible.
  • All our Nature Resorts are plastic-free zones. So plastic carry bags will not be permitted. Water bottles, Poly packs, Wrappers ordered from canteen must be handed over to them for proper disposal.
